Hey @RobManess I'm referring to our interview from last year in this clip. I bring to the attention of the world, the President Trump April 9th 2025 memorandum, which verifies everything I say in this video.

When I saw this memorandum, I thought, "Hey! Trump read my book and created the memorandum!" 🤣

We always reference the Supreme Court rulings to back up what we say about exercising our inalienable rights.

There are no victims when the so called "rules of the road" are also so called "violated".

The Supreme Court has already ruled that no driver's licenses are required to use your private conveyance.

So I use my private conveyance!

I get in it, I turn it on, I press the gas and use the steering wheel and I exercise my first amendment right of liberty.

But the SCOTUS making that ruling didn't make the DMV's of every state tell the people of their states upon entering the DMV....

"Do you drive commercially?
Because if you don't, then you don't need to enter this contract with the state.
We can only regulate commerce.
You're free to go!"

Well, now they're violating federal law.

Some would argue that the DMV's are not under this memorandum as they're run by the state.

What is the MOST IMPORTANT POINTS of this presidential memorandum, are these key points that reflect what we teach in our Inalienable University.

2. All REGULATIONS that are UNLAWFUL MUST BE RESCINDED IMMEDIATELY.

So...every traffic stop that lacks a predicate crime to initiate the stop, is UNLAWFUL, even if you're a licensed driver, which I am not.

The DMV is an AGENCY of the Department of Transportation of the state, which is a trickle down of the Department of transportation of the Federal government.

They all trickle down.

The law enforcement agencies may not be directly federal, BUT they may receive Federal funds, BUT once they arrest you, they enter you into the county jail, and the county court systems, which ARE under the DOJ, are federal.

I'd love to be wrong.

Each court system requires individual research.
A quick search reveals that they get federal funding.

This is the one that is the meat of what we use:

SEC v. Jarkesy, 603 U.S. 109 (2024) held that it violates the Seventh Amendment for agencies to adjudicate common-law claims in their in-house courts.

Agencies accordingly must repeal any regulation authorizing enforcement proceedings that enable the agency’s courts to impose judgments or penalties that can only be obtained via jury trial in Article III Courts.

EVERY traffic stop falls under this category.

If a policy revenue officer in a costume with a g*n impedes my locomotion without a predicate crime, he has violated my rights.
