China urges US to stop exerting 'maximum pressure' to solve issues

China’s foreign ministry on Wednesday (April 16) called on the United States to stop exerting "maximum pressure" if it really wants to solve issues through dialogue. Speaking to reporters at a regular press briefing, foreign ministry spokesperson Lin Jian said there were no winners in a tariff or a trade war.
