Made from scratch semi raw vegan wrap with mushrooms and raw organic homemade ajvar, low in protein for those who have problems with digestion and constipation which often comes with consuming vegan sauces made of nuts, seeds and beans.

Hack for those who do not have a dehydrator or need a faster way to make the wrap with the oven instead.

INGREDIENTS

WRAP MIXTURE:
- oyster mushrooms
- psyllium husk (2 table spoons)
- garlic
- turmeric
- curry
- spis kumin
- black pepper
- parsley
- black salt
- nori paper (1-2 papers optional)

* Preheat the oven to 150 C (300 F) and use a metal object to leave a bit space, so that the door of the oven does not close, that way the heat in the oven will be less and also extra liquid can evaporate making the wrap get the crust. It will take about 1h to get all slightly wrinkle and crusted as it should look in the end, but no worries as the other side of wrap will maintain the juiciness. PLEASE BE CAREFUL with what objects you use to hold the oven door open to prevent accidents.

AJVAR:
- dried tomato (2-4 slices max)
- paprika powder (1-2 table spoons)
- garlic (1 clove)
- black salt
- fermented capers
- turmeric
- persian cumin seeds

* To make ajvar you can also do with adding carrots as well or one whole fresh tomato instead of water as long as you add few slices of dried tomato and paprika powder you will be good to go and get that ajvar taste. Please also notice in the video I think I said "anchovies" (1:30) when I was making ajvar, hahahaha that is my english I meant "capers", so use fermented capers to add additional flavor.

FILLING:
- salad
- paprika
- olives
- onion
- avocado
- fermented capers
- cilantro (coriander)

Hope you enjoyed this one, it is very easy to make once you get the idea and you can make any kind of wrap as long as you add psyllium husk to the mix. Instead of mushrooms as base for wrap mixture you can also have it with raw carrots, spinach, beetroot or sweet potato, the idea and process is the same.
