NEW: Two men were with reported ties to Tren de Aragua were arrested for the allegedly kidnapping, torturing, and shooting of a woman in Burien, Washington.

The men reportedly abducted the 58-yo woman, drove a power drill through her hand in an attempt to get personal information, shot her, and then left her for dead on the side of a road.

The woman miraculously survived and both are now being held on $1 million bail.
