Becoming Superman Ep.38 Shoulder Day

Another day, another grind—and this one came with its fair share of surprises. I hit the gym after work, which was a rare experience for me. Rain decided to make an appearance too, just as I wrapped up my workout. The dumbbell area was absolutely packed, so I had to improvise and move to the back room. It ended up working out pretty well, though!

Today's workout was all about shoulders. I tried machine shoulder presses, upright rows with the EZ bar, and dumbbell lateral raises. While I enjoyed the challenge, there were some limitations with the machines that made me miss the versatility of free weights for those perfect stretches and burns. Despite that, I threw in a few bent-over rear flies—though I think I went a bit heavy—and got a decent pump by the end. Tomorrow, I’ll be tackling back and biceps, and I already have a few ideas to make it count. Let’s keep pushing forward and balancing it all out, one day at a time.
