Biden: Trump Threatens Social Security: But What's the REAL Threat?

Biden re-emerges nationally this evening in a speech expected to focus on President Trump's "threat" to your Social Security.
But according to finance expert Mark Collinsworth of Vere Global Wealth Management, the real threat to S.S. began many presidencies ago. And Trump, he says, is trying to fix a broken system which will soon fail if nothing is done.
