Votes were flipped on the BMD's in a mechanism that became known as the "Williamson (TN) Error," whereby the votes listed in english on the ballot where different than the votes in the QR code (what's counted). It was found in Williamson TN, then all over Georgia, 97% of he precincts IIRC or of the precincts they checked.
