Ingredients :

-Eggs 6 ( Anday)
-Salt 1/2 tsp or as per taste ( Namak )
-Red chili Flakes 1/2 tsp ( Dhara Mirch )
-Black pepper 1/2 tsp ( Kali Mirch )
-Oil 2 tbsp
-oil 1 tbsp
-Butter 2 -3 tbsp ( Makhan )
-Garlic 2 tbsp ( Lehsun )
-Corn flour 1 tbsp
-Milk 1 cup Lukewarm ( Doodh)
-Salt 1/2 tsp ( Namak )
-Red chili Flakes 1/2 tsp ( Dhara Mirch )
-Green Chilies 1 tsp ( Hari Mirch )
-Fresh Coriander 2 tbsp ( Hara Dhania )
-Spring Onion 2 -3 tbsp ( Hara Pyaz )

Direction For Cooking :

-Take a bowl add eggs add salt , red chili flakes , black pepper whisk it well.
-Take a frying pan add oil add egg mixture cook on low flame then set aside.
-Take another add oil , butter let it melts then add chopped garlic cook it for a min.
-Add corn flour cook it for a min then add milk add salt , red chili flakes , black pepper , green chilies , fresh coriander mix it well , cook it for 2 mins on low flame.
-Add cooked eggs mix it well cook for 3-4 min on low flame.
-Add spring onion and enjoy .
