Keyshawn Davis Gets His Man: De Los Santos Signs the Dotted Line

Keyshawn Davis has confirmed that Edwin De Los Santos has officially signed the contract to fight him in June. After stopping an overmatched and overrated Denys Berinchyk in February, Keyshawn is staying active.

Negotiations hit a snag when Scamson Liarwits lied to De Los Santos about an offer of $200,000 to fight. Had it not been for Carl Moretti tweeting X2, Edwin believed he had been lowballed.

Now that Keyshawn has confirmed that De Los Santos signed the contract, we fight. One of Davis’s biggest goals is to become a unified champion. That may happen one day, but it certainly won’t be next.

Edwin hasn't fought since November 2023, when he fought WBC champion Shakur Stevenson. By the time he enters the ring with Davis, it will have been 19 months since his last fight.

Davis, on the other hand, has had four fights since then. We have an active fighter versus a smaller, inactive fighter. Keyshawn says Edwin is too small to beat me.

I don't expect De Los Santos to engage too much in this fight. He will try to box more and pick his shots. If he tries to be overly aggressive, he'll be stopped.

Keyshawn won't fight Edwin the way Shakur fought him, and I can guarantee that. In other news, Devin Haney returns to the ring on May 2nd after a 12-and-a-half-month layoff.

On the Ryan Garcia undercard, he's facing crafty veteran Jose Ramirez. Jose's experience makes this fight intriguing to boxing fans. He's never been stopped, and he's fought some tough competition throughout his career.

With names like Josh Taylor, Arnold Barboza, Jose Pedraza, Victor Postol, Maurice Hooker, Richard Comey, and Jose Zepeda on his resume, he's seen everything.

Some fans believe Haney picked the wrong fighter for his comeback fight. He probably didn't have a choice. Ryan Garcia is set to face mentally challenged Rolly Romero.

This should be an easy fight for the bigot Ryan Garcia. Rolly is so trashy that Ryan should be arrested for fighting him. I expect Ryan to stop Rolly in 6. We have several fights this weekend.

Undisputed Gabriela Fundora returns to the ring against Marilyn Badillo. Josh Warrington, Josh Padley, the electrician stopped by Shakur, Ryan Kelly, Dalton Smith, and Charles Conwell all have fights this weekend.
