Scott Jennings shut down CNN panelists defending Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an illegal alien from El Salvador with alleged MS-13 ties and an active deportation order.

“There’s no version of this man’s life where he comes back,” Jennings said, explaining that if he’s released and returns, he’ll be arrested and deported again or sent elsewhere.

When a panelist cried “tyranny,” Jennings replied, “He got due process. He has a deportation order.”

He added that MS-13 barely exists in El Salvador anymore, saying, “There’s more of that gang in Los Angeles than in El Salvador.”
