Voice Ai: A Secret Weapon
Do you have voice Ai on your website? If you don't, I'm gonna explain to you why you should. Okay. Especially if you're a smaller business, you don't always answer the phone or you don't have an answering service.
So, the ones we have, and you'll be able to see this, and I'll put a link down here. I don't remember where we have it. We're moving stuff around our website, but by the time you see this. What the voice AI can do, so, there's a couple ways that you can do it. You can press a button on the website and you can talk through 'em, a lot of people on their phone, but not everybody.
So, what we rather do is talk to our assistant, right? So, you put in your name, your email address, we usually like them, and their cell phone, and then you press the button. And what happens, the voice Ai will call them back. Now, this happens 24/7, seven days a week, 365 days a year. They never call in sick. Okay?
And if you train them right, it will have every bit of information that you have on your website or about your services, and it will be able to tell them, you know, like, if you want cost in there. It can tell them cost if you have an e-commerce business. Or if you have services, it'll list them all and it'll say, you know, can I set up an appointment? It can set up appointments for you. It can set up callbacks or transfers.
It can do a call transfer. So, if they're on the line, if someone's available. Typically, most companies work 9-5 or 9-6 or whatever, but this way they can do it. And what happens is, and this numbers right now, this is what it is, but it's usually the people that are doing this that have 'em on there, especially at the local businesses, they can double to 4X the amount of business if they get it going.
So, here's why. What happens is that typically 80% to 85% of all phone calls to a local business for a service or a product, the first person to answer the phone, whether it's roofers, lawyers, accountants, HVAC, there's a gazillion of every local service that you've got there. That first person to answer the phone gets the business, 80% to 85%.
That number has remained the same even though there's a voice Ai agent there doing it too. There's some psychological thing that they can get their questions answered if you're Ai smart enough. You can check it out on ours. Ask us like, what about our website builds? You know, do you really have, you know, can you gimme pricing?
Some people don't like to put it on there, but I'll put it out there. We have websites that we can build for as low as, once you pay the build fee, as low as $149 a month. And we kept the build feed low because we want small businesses to be able to make money and give 'em a great site. There's other people who charge $10,000 for the same one that we only charged $2000.
Now, don't get me wrong. We've done websites for $50,000, $60,000, $70,000, $100,000 and more. But I'm just so ticked off at all of these companies are getting ripped off and because the websites are there, they aren't done right. I said like, how much can we do this for and still help people and get 'em going. And then as they get more business and they find out we're there, we can add more things to it and more bells and whistles. And whatever they add to it, and they give us on a monthly basis can help 'em make more money.
So, if the ROIs are out there, I don't want you doing, you shouldn't be doing business with it, but you could do that with everyone else. You don't have to have the pricing in there, but you can at least give them the information. Can you gimme your name, your phone number? You can ask for that. I'll have one of our reps call you, or a specific rep call you, and then as soon as they get in, and a lot of these calls are coming in, we've seen like 1:00 or 2:00 or 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning, when most businesses don't even have answering services. Or if they do, they don't know dilly squat, and they can't answer basic questions like, "Hey, I've got a leak in my fascia. Can you help me out here? Do you do that?" Or "Do you clean gutters?" Or "Do you do small contracts?"
Whatever it is, product or service it is, if you're a painter, you know, "Can you paint just one room?" Or "What do you charge for carpet cleaning?" "Do you do gutter cleaning?" Whatever. But they can give you that information.
So, I'll put a link down here when this puppy's up. You go try it out. They are dirt, dirt, dirt, cheap. I mean, we've got 'em as low as $97 a month. They're 24/7 and then you pay, you know, small per minute fee. But they're zoned in, they speak really good English, and we also have 20 other languages, but it's understandable. They can have a decent conversation with you as a potential client, and they can set up appointments, transfer calls, and make you money.
