Operation Truthful Promise was a multipurpose operation. It served not only as a retaliatory attack in response to "Israel's" bombing of the Iranian embassy in Damascus, but also for gathering intel on "Israeli" air defences and as a demonstration of Iran's capabilities.

Tehran proved that they their missiles could bypass "Israeli" and American air defence.

Tehran's message to Tel Aviv was clear - "we can strike you anywhere, anytime, and there's nothing you can do to stop us."

Furthermore, "if the USA dares to step in and attack us, we will destroy every US base in the region. Now sit down and shut up!"
