As we've been exploring the Chase Hughes Ellipsis Behavioral Table of Elements for recognizing the value of baselining our interactions (using the DRS as a tool to better determine deception, rather than one isolated action) with others while integrating video examples via Dr. Paul Ekman's METT and Action Units examples, and additional video examples, today, we introduce former FBI agent, Joe Navarro's book and the lessons he imparts.

These lessons, when integrated, can allow one to see the world in hyper-reality, or, as I exampled, bright neon in a black and white world.

Ours is a chaotic society: women shaming men; men avoiding women, domestic political violence, threats of war, fears of economic upheaval, our once esteemed institutions infected with identity over merit.

Learning these skills, taking notes of the information provided, practicing the exercises will help your ability to discern what's being communicated.

We just completed "Hung by the Tongue" by Frances P. Martin, those tools in conjunction with all of the body language training in this new series and the BToE series can provide you with a solid foundation, ability, to recognize good from bad scenarios.

I'm providing this information to refresh and hone my existing skills and in the manner which is pursued, you, too, can benefit.
