INGREDIENTS:
1- Rusk 7
2- Compound chocolate 70g
3- Milk 1/2cup
4- Condensed milk 1tbsp
5- Cream 200ml
6- Cocoa powder 1tbsp
7- Coffee 1tbsp
8- Caster sugar 3tbsp
9- Sugar 1tbsp
10- Water 1tbsp
11- Biscuit (any brand) for garnishing
12- Cocoa powder for garnishing
13- Chocolate syrup (any brand)

PREPARATION:
1- Take ziplock bag and put rusk in it.
2- Crush rusk. (Option 2: You can simply crush rusk in blender)
3- Add rusk crumbs in a bowl.
4- In a separate bowl, put chocolate. Microwave it for 1 minute then mix.
5- Start adding milk gradually and whisk.
6- Add condensed milk and mix.
7- Add chocolate mixture in crumbs.
8- Mix it properly, then set the mixture with spoon.
9- Freeze it for 30 minutes.
10- In a separate bowl add cream, cocoa powder, coffee and caster sugar. Whisk for 3-5 minutes.
11- In a separate bowl make sugar syrup by adding sugar and water and mix them well together until sugar is dissolved.
12- Add sugar syrup in cold crumb mixture.
13- Layer it with cream mixture on top.
14- Take any brand biscuit, crush it, then garnish on the dessert.
15- Dust some cocoa powder. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
16- Dish out and drizzle chocolate syrup on chilled dess
