Did you feel it? 5.2 magnitude earthquake rocks east San Diego County

At 10:08 a.m., a magnitude 5.2 earthquake struck near Julian, shaking much of San Diego County and parts of Southern California down to Ensenada. KPBS reporter John Carroll spoke with a geologist who says there may be a silver lining to the quake.
