Ed Bradley interviewed Timothy J. McVeigh and it was broadcast on 60 Minutes the evening of March 12th, 2000.

Some researchers (Derek Brose) said that "the media was never allowed to interview McVeigh. Well here it is on national TV. He also granted interviews to several other journalists see Lou Michel and Dan Herbeck of his hometown paper, who both also wrote McVeigh's biography "American Terrorist" based on thousands of hours of interviews
