Post-Conditioning Back Small Workout

Foundational to any of my back/pulling sessions are a row of some kind, usually in the 10+ rep range. I began today with 5x sets of Bi-lateral, Hammer Strength Horizontal Rows

While a good row is certainly 1-stop-shopping for back development, lat specificity requires usually a pullover movement or a vertical pull. Going with the latter option I did Cambered, Fat-Bar Strict Pull-ups, 5x sets to technical failure or 7+ reps/set
