Gene Siskel & Roger Ebert reviews "A Time to Kill"; "Manny & Jo"; "Kingpin" (Both "Siskel & Ebert" were hysterical with Big Laughs on Farrelly Brothers' Bowling Comedy that I also love as well! Starring: Woody Harrelson, Randy Quaid, Chris Elliot, Vanessa Angel, Lin Shaye and Bill Murray.); "Joe's Apartment" (MTV's First Production based on the short film By: John Payson who also wrote and directed this. It's simply gross-out for the masses but strangely weird dark comedy about a young man moving in a run-down apartment in New York infested with wisecracking dancing and singing cockroaches. Starring: Jerry O'Connell, Meagan Ward, Robert Vaughn, Don Ho, Jim Sterling and Jim Turner. Siskel & Ebert were not amused and found it disgusting and boring!) and "The Adventures of Pinocchio" (An underrated Live-Action Magical Fantasy Fairy-Tale! Starring: Martin Landau, Jonathan Taylor Thomas, Udo Kier, Bebe Neuwirth and Rob Schneider).

Video Pick of the Week: Siskel's pick is "Angels and Insects" (Remarkable Victorian Drama from director, Philip Haas. Starring: Mark Rylance, Patsy Kensit and Kristen Scott Thomas!) And a recap of Today's program.

Recorded on KATU ABC 2 in Portland, Oregon with Commercials intact.
