Day 17: 30MIN STRONGER UPPER BODY WORKOUT - NO EQUIPMENT ( HIIT IT HARD - THE COMEBACK CHALLENGE)
Today's HIIT IT HARD Challenge workout of the day is a 30-minute Upper Body workout with no equipment! 3 rounds of exercises to tone and strengthen a stronger upper body. Push past your limits team, you've got this! Let's do it!
â–¸ Level: Intermediate
â–¸ Time: 30 Min + cool down
â–¸ Equipment: Optional yoga block (or a thick book) for elevated pushups
Workout:
â–¸ Warm Up: 30 sec on
Arm circles
Squat + pull down
Squat hold + Pull down
Step back
Shoulder taps
Forward Facing Wrist rocks
Backward Facing Wrist Rocks
Plank + toe tap
â–¸ Round: 1 45 sec on, 15 sec off
Negative push ups
1 push up + 2 shoulder taps
Side plank pull down
Side plank pull down
Elevated push up + shin tap
Elevated push up + shin tap
Low plank hold
Up down plank
â–¸ Round: 2 45 sec on, 15 sec off
Lift + pull down
Superwoman hold
Frogstand leg lifts
Plank leg raises
Lift + 3 sec hold pull down
Reverse snowangel
Side plank reach under
Side plank reach under
â–¸ Round: 3 45 sec on, 15 sec off
Push up + reach
Walk out + 2 shoulder taps
Diamond push ups
Cobra push ups
Low diamond push up hold
Walk out + push up
Cobra push up + 3 sec hold
Cobra pulses
â–¸ Finisher: 60 sec on, 15 sec off
Plank T rotations
Push up + star rotation
â–¸ Cool Down: 30 sec on, 10 sec off
