I have, over the last couple of years, had the enormous privilege and pleasure of coming to know Professor Will Happer. He is a lovely, cheerful and generous person who, along with Prof Richard Lindzen and Prof John Clauser is amongst the world's most eminent atmospheric physicists. So I asked Prof Happer if he would appear on a show that is hosted by a good friend of mine, Steven Tripp. Steven is also an exceptional person with a great deal of common sense, intellect and creative talent. I once again, feel very lucky to have made his acquaintance. Steven and I have now founded an incorporated association called, "Australians for Better Government". It is based on the belief that things are falling apart in Australia and the core reason for this disintegration is that our system of Democracy is badly defective; in need of a substantial reform.
