470 Ezekiel Chapter 38

Ezekiel chapters 39 & 39 are a single prophecy but it to too much information to cover in one study. Modern prophecy teachers claim that the references to Rosh and Magic both refer to Russia, Meshech is Moscow and Tubal is Tobolsk. But how does the Bible identify these people?
