When breach of contract via trust occurs, all property reverts back to it's original owner, as if it never happened. Obviously fraud vitiates all.
This is why Our Framers very clearly defined what money is
Article 1 section 10 clause 1: "Nothing but silver & gold coin" clear for all to read.
Everything else is securities fraud / Treason!
