ABOUT JAMES SZUBSKI:
James Szubski is the Chief Operating Officer of Margie’s Outdoor Store, nestled deep within the Columbia River Gorge in Washington State. In 2022, the store launched a paranormal reporting program, which has since collected over 400 accounts of unusual activity in the Gorge.
James brings a wealth of experience to his work. He’s a former wildland firefighter, a nationally certified Search & Rescue EMT, a mountain guide, and a highly decorated U.S. Army infantry veteran. He holds a degree in communications from The Evergreen State College and has spent decades in the field, including work with Wizards of the Coast, the creators of Dungeons & Dragons and Magic: The Gathering.
Today, James also volunteers as the leader of the Klickitat Ape Cat Research Team, continuing his deep exploration of the unknown.
