Can you vote your way out of this?

Does voting really fix all your problems? I use my personal experience running in a local election to explain my feelings on elections, politics and how these impact men as a group. The simple truth is voting will not help and even then, your choices are limited. You can never find a candidate who will match exactly what you want and need. Additionally, running is not a fix either due to the difficulty, sunk costs and effort.
