US government’s involvement in trafficking children

I have put out four documentaries on the US government’s involvement in trafficking children. We have the last know location of 350,000 missing migrant children. We are now 50+ days into the Bondi, Patel, and RFK, administration and not one child has been rescued. How is this not the number one topic on every news network in America?
