Welcome to another apocalyptic night at Cosmic Theta Theatre 2117—where the past gets dragged into the future, kicking, screaming, and begging us to stop roasting it.

This Sunday, we’re cracking open the crypt of classic sci-fi radio programs and turning up the snark with your host, the Theta of the Grid, joined by the unhinged broadcast banshee Alastor the Radio Demon and the walking IMDB of miniatures Shawn Carter the Sci-Fi Model Guy. Expect plenty of sarcastic deep dives, radioactive jokes, and possibly an existential crisis or two.

But wait—there’s more Orwellian doom to go around! For our main event, we’ll be watching the 1956 adaptation of 1984, a film that asks the bold question: “What if the future sucked even harder than the present?” Spoiler alert: it does.
Will Big Brother be watching? Probably. Will we care? Absolutely not. Expect sass, satire, special guests, and the kind of commentary that would get us arrested in Oceania.
