Childhood Vaccines & Autism – Congressman Dan Burton - R – Indiana (2002)

December 10, 2002: Congressman Burton held a special hearing on July 18, 2000, just one month after the secret Simpsonwood meeting, called “Mercury in Medicine: Taking Unnecessary Risks.”

Just ONE month before this meeting the CDC had a private, invite only meeting to discuss a study that Dr. Thomas Verstraeten did with the Vaccine Safety Datalink data and discovered highly statistically significant links between Autism, Speech Delay, Language Development, ADHD and more.

It was during this secret meeting that a plan was devised to “wash” this data, to “stratify” over and over again until it was watered down enough to be presented to the public as having no significant link to autism and other developmental disorders.

They washed the data down 5 times – 5 generations of analysis with multiple designs of eliminating individuals so the data would appear much more favorable to the vaccine agenda.

Here is a brief summary of Dr. Thomas Verstaeten’s First Data Set that lit the CDC on fire in and into a frenzy to cover this up as quickly as possible – they went full speed into “protective mode.”

First Analysis/Design - December, 1999: -

• Autism Relative Risk = 7.62 Results of thimerosal exposure to more than 25mcg
• ADHD: 11.35 times more likely Autism: 7.62 times more likely
• ADD: 6.38
• Tics: 5.65
• Speech and Language Delay: 2.08 Second Analysis - February 2000 - Autism Relative Risk = 2.48 Simpsonwood - incorporating methodological changes "Children in the two HMOs exposed to the most mercury (62.5mcg) at three months of age were almost two and half times more likely to develop autism (RR=2.48). This calculation was just short of statistical significance because the low end of the margin of error fell slightly below the risk of 1.0." (see graph below) It's worth noting that Verstraeten excluded children who had been treated with HepB immune globulins "as these were more likely to have high exposures and high outcomes."

By February 2000 they had the Data Washed Down by manipulating the designs and using stratification methods in which they knew would lower the RRF – relative risk factor. Example – instead of comparing children who received 25 mcg of mercury to those receiving none, they compared 25 mcg to those who received 15 mcg, which lowered the number. That is deception. That is a lie.

• Autism – 2.48 RRF – which is still very high and they went on to wash the data 5 times until the RRF was around 1.

As Representative Dave Weldon R-Florida said: “If scientists behaved just like scientists and did purely objective research all the time, then the comments made by Mr. Waxman would be valid. The reality is that scientists and medical researchers operate with a system of bias that can be very politicized. The claims that were made by the ranking member that these issues have been put to rest, I don’t believe are valid. Specifically, when you look at the issue of the MMR.”

He was referring to Henry Waxman – D-California who spent 40 years as a representative. You don’t spend that amount of time, especially in CA if you are not a “ball player” with the corporations. Henry Waxman was saying we need to “Trust the Science.”

Sound familiar?

They based a lot of weight on a study form Denmark, when they removed the thimerosal from vaccines, the autism rate continued to rise.

BUT – at the very same time, they changed the diagnosis for Autism, which made it more prevalent and they added all the diagnoses outside the hospital which counted for the majority of the cases. Then the rates stabilized and began declining.

Although witnesses testified to the link of autism, the “science” said they were wrong.

Don’t listen to the parents, they don’t know sh*t – listen to the government funded scientists, they are the “experts.”

Representatives Dan Burton R-Indiana and Dave Weldon R-Florida knew better, but they were up against a powerful industry, the vaccine industry.

To this day they still say that the “science” indicates not link between any and all vaccines to autism. The focus of this session was with the MMR vaccine and the childhood vaccines that contained thimerosal, like the Hep B vaccine.

Dan Burton, who had a grandson with Autism and knew it was from a vaccine.

Eric has his own horrific experience with a mercury containing adult vaccine, which led him to research “mercury poisoning” and he went down the “vaccine rabbit hole” and what he discovered was that the children were being poisoned and there was a direct correlation with Autism, ADHD, Language Delay and an array of other developmental disorders.
