This is how the former Minister of Agriculture, who is now the deputy head of the Recruiting Center of the Territorial Defense Forces, Shvaik, addressed his compatriots. According to him, everyone must serve in Ukraine.

"Mobilization is not discussed, it is equivalent to discussing whether you should defend your country during war," he said.

He clarified that if Ukrainians themselves do not find a unit where they can serve, the TCC will do it for them.
