Full body Pilates with stability ball - planks and standing progressions

I’m excited to be back with you all! Today’s class uses a stability ball for full body conditioning.

Working with the ball takes lots of coordination so we’ll start with a dedicated warm-up, followed by a full body standing sequence, then core work on the mat with a dynamic planks progression. We’ll build to a few challenge moves to finish, but overall this is a very approachable and effective workout.
