Tyson Robertson (@tyrextraining) is a personal trainer and anatomy instructor with Show Up Fitness. After going through his own struggles with injuries to eventually find proper solutions and develop a lifelong movement practice, Tyson decided to coach others who may be in a similar situation.

Getting injured is no joke. But sometimes the pain of the injury is less than the seemingly endless rehab. Even worse when it feels like you’ll never be better, and start to lose hope. Tyson was there, and you might be as well. This podcast is discussing some ways that might help you finally get out of that pain.

It’s not for a lack of trying, it’s mostly for a lack of poor information and guidance - which isn’t your fault. A twisted ankle doesn’t have to be a life sentence. Tyson and I discuss various ways to attack your rehab to get you out of pain for good.

The next step is then developing a legitimate lifelong movement practice. The do’s and don’ts, and how to set yourself up to be successful in fitness forever.
