Lemon Garlic Shrimp Recipe - What's On Sale At The Supermarket
Ingredients:
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed or sliced
60 mL (¼ cup) olive oil
Pinch or two red chili flakes
750g (1½ pounds) shelled and deveined large shrimp
Coarse salt
Pinch smoked paprika
Couple glugs dry sherry, or white wine
30 mL (1Tbsp) butter
5 mL (1 tsp) finely grated lemon zest
125 mL (½ cup) minced parsley
Crusty bread, for serving

Method:
In a frying pan, combine the olive oil and garlic and; cook over medium heat, until the garlic is fragrant.
Add the chili, shrimp, salt, and paprika to the skillet and cook over moderately low heat, stirring and turning until barely pink.
Add the sherry turn up the heat and reduce the liquid by half.
Stir in the butter, parsley, and lemon zest.
Serve with crusty bread.
