A complete meal for 1. Each and every item has its own health benefits.
1 oz. red pepper, 1/2 oz. ea. green and yellow peppers, 1 T. lemon juice, 1/3 c. scallions, 2 mandarin oranges, 1 can 3.375 oz. sardines in olive oil, 1.5 oz. fresh baby spinach course chopped, 7 cherry tomatoes cut in half, 2 oz. red onion, 1/2 oz. red cabbage, 1/4 c. Greek yogurt, 3.5-4 oz. cucumber, 1.5 oz. celery, .08 oz. carrots.
