Thousands rally to support ousted South Korean President Yoon

South Koreans supporting Yoon Suk Yeol gathered in huge numbers in the capital Seoul on Saturday (April 12) after the ousted president returned to his private home a day earlier, following his removal from office after a court ruling favored his impeachment. “It is absurd that our president Yoon is staying in his personal residence, not the presidential residence” said 57-year-old Lee Young-hee from Daegu.
