Mary J. Blige believes Kim Porter tried to protect her from walking down the aisle into a doomed marriage, and admits that she did not realize at the time the warning signs Porter was laying down.

Blige was one of the longtime friends to the mother of Diddy‘s children who eulogized her over the weekend at the funeral service in Columbus, GA.
