The UN, Aid Groups, and Palestinians say, Israeli attacks in Gaza mostly kill women and children. New UN data confirms that since Israel broke the ceasefire, one in six attacks have killed only women and children, often hitting homes and tents for displaced people. Despite calling areas like al-Mawasi "safe zones," Israel has carried out 23 attacks there since mid-March.

Saudi Arabia’s foreign minister, speaking in Turkiye, said aid must not be used as leverage in ceasefire talks and rejected any displacement of Palestinians.
