Rules:
Video game must be played on medium or harder

Game’s win/loss system will determine enforcement of reward/Penalty.
For example playing mortal combat will not punish every loss per round it punishes the official loss of fight. However Madden 25 penalties are enforced for per quarter from first to fourth quarter

Losses are recorded with a tally system IIII/. Every tally is equal to 1 set of 10 of a workout such push ups or squats
Note:Contestant can call “double or nothing” to avoid and/or erase a tally. If the contestant wins the “D.O.N” contestant can erase the tally, however if the contestant losses the penalty has doubled. “D.O.N” can be called anytime between first and third tally ONLY!

If the contestant reaches their fifth tally they must complete 1 set of 20 of that workout instead of 10

25 losses is the maximum loss count for this game

If the contestant cannot complete a full set of any workout, that failure is equal to a forfeit and loss of the game

If the contestant survives the show before 25 tallies, that is a victory.
Note:Depending on type game this rule may vary
