I found Flamekyo's Gouken. We have Gouken by flamekyo vs. SHOTOGUILE by Madre. The damage output of Gouken is a little weak, so I set the life to 50% and timer to 99. Even so, the timer almost ran out. Gouken needs AI too, as flamekyo himself stated. I found Gouken in RecksJr's character packs. Update 8/2/2025: I found Flamekyo's Gouken in the archives. Replaced download link.
