Crawdaddy's Mac & Cheese Demo by Chef Guillermo

In the kitchen with Chef Guillermo. We’ve had multiple requests to show you how we do our Crawdaddy mac & cheese. In this version, we add shrimp, but often, we use chicken, or many people order it. This has been one of our staple dishes since we opened 20 years ago. This is a great dish to prepare for hungry kids as it is relatively inexpensive.
