Pike, Walley and my FIRST SAUGER! (New species in WNY!)

Fishing for pike and walleye in the upper-Allegheny River system where sauger have recently been re-introduced. I landed 2 northern pike, 2 walleye, and my first ever, Personal Best sauger! Sauger do not get as big as walleye so I believe it was a big fish for the species. It was a good evening fishing the Allegheny mountains, the sunset was gorgeous.

Fishing with a Berkley gulp minnow, a Rapala X-rap, and a Spro Aruku shad lipless crankbait.

A Seneca Nation fishing license is required to fish on Seneca Land.
