Tulsi Gabbard told President Trump she has evidence that electronic voting machines, like the ones being used for elections—Dominion and Smartmatic—were vulnerable to altering the outcomes of elections.

According to Gabbard, the only reliable solution moving forward is a full return to paper ballots.
