Following a personal Awakening experience in 2013 this topic has remained top of the list; and recently bumping into senior has allowed me to see someone else riding through similar experiences.

In this show Sunya and i talk about awakening, awakening to the self and silence. Everything that keeps us interested and entertained is a manifestation of silence and goes back to silence. We talk about our natural state, which can be quite tricky to describe as everything you say makes you sound a certain way, which is nothing close to your natural self.
