Dr. Riley Eckmann, a board certified physician who co-owns a private practice and oftentimes recommends Bravenly supplements to her personal patients, is one of our top leaders on our team and I had the great pleasure of getting to meet her this week! She was invited to provide some invaluable training at our in-person team training session in Cancun on Tuesday.

This statement she shared is KEY:

"People need to know about these products. There's something different here that I can't provide in clinic..."

She had been seeing all the testimonies in our now 108K-member-strong customer group, @thedailysipcommunity, which was created last March, and had this to say:

"These people...they're finding answers for the most annoying symptoms I find in clinic...the most frustrating symptoms...because I can do labs, they're all going to be normal...we're both going to leave frustrated because we have no answers...and so...wow...there's something here that is fixing those people that I don't have the tools to fix with Western medicine."

Dr. Riley did a deep dive on methylation and explains that methylated vitamins are already in their active, bioavailable form, which means your body can actually absorb and use them right away - no extra conversion steps needed.

NOTE: Not all companies go to the trouble or expense to use methylated vitamins.

I also learned about the MTHFR gene (yes, I read that the same way many of you likely did!). I had always believed many of our health issues were predetermined by our genetics, but according to Dr. Riley, "90% of your health is in your control and 10% is your genes...so the genes basically load the gun and your lifestyle pulls the trigger...

"40 - 60% of our population carries a genetic variant for the MTHFR gene. Most people have no idea whether or not they have this mutation..."

"...so many people feel better when they start taking Bravenly, because we're filling those nutritional gaps with things that either support the methylation process or were giving them methylated vitamins that skip part of the process that they can't do on their own. We're helping them feel better now and we're also preventing a lot of chronic disease..."
