Post-Conditioning Pressing & Accessory Small Workout

I began with 5x sets of Incline Dumbbell Press. After a few ramp up sets I did doubles for strength/skill work in a fatigued state

For an accessory after the presses I did 5x sets of Lifefitness Machine Lateral Raises, 10+ reps per set to concentric failure
