Enter "Combo 10": kids get all doses of 10 vaccines by age 2. Blue Cross Blue Shield even pays pediatricians $400/kid if 63% of their 2-year-olds are fully vaccinated—proof vaccines are big money.

By 2015, focus shifted to adults with the Adult Vaccination Plan. Goals: build infrastructure, educate large orgs (churches, businesses), & generate demand so adults clamor for flu, pneumonia, or shingles shots. It’s subliminal—programming people to want vaccines. No mandates, they say, but life gets "uncomfortable" without them.
