Breath of Fishing - near Hometown

The Fishing minigame in the first Breath of Fire game was not that exciting to even make a short video of so I opted for the second game's version.

I'm calling it "Hometown" simply because it's where you really start the game in and this is the first out of many fishing spots in the game.

Kinda sucks that you HAVE to do some random battles to make the fishing spots appear on the world map. The fishing in this is more of a button mashing affair compared to the 3rd one, where compared to the third game, you'll tend to fail more often and the starting fishing rod is too frail to even land a stable bite.

I did some fishing off camera before doing this video to get used to how to actually do the fishing in this game.

Used some cheats a bit since my main focus for playing this game is strictly for the fishing minigame, mostly to make the random battles more tolerable since that you HAVE to initiate them to activate the fishing spots.

Next week, I'll be heading a bit south to see if I can catch more than just Sardines and Unagis (Eels basically).

RNG sucks.
