Trying something new. If my goal were to be the most awkward fitness youtuber I think I'm halfway there.

But anyways the strength you gain on the dip bar, pull-bar, or on one leg will translate to the weight room. It’s all about the muscle’s ability to contract powerfully following proper signaling from the brain through the nervous system. This can be trained without weights. Heck, it can be trained without movement.
