Lots of work went into this one.
Firsts 15m or so is episode 1 the Zapruder intro.
Last 2 minute Groden narrates his dictabelt synch.
Last 20 minutes on chain of custody including the FILM ORIGINAL BEING SPLIT IN DALLAS i.e. Groden's 16mm roll from LIFE's trash in Chicago is NOT the original & cannot be.
Good source for official narratives of where the film was before they developed it & the claims Zapruder disappeared somewhere, this is the official version, which can be looked up to investigate those claims.
JEFF CRUDELE here makes a painstaking, comprehensive account of the film and different theories which gets repetitive in parts. I removed some of those, kept others, and played Z film with frames listed where relevant, put in some background footage at the start so no one thinks it's only audio, some text notes here and there but mainly it's Z films.
He explains why the Z film has been so important to refute the government's claims: most other evidence destroyed.
But the unfortunate truth for researchers who spent their life reviewing it, is the Z film was too. True North is the medical evidence and the evidence Zapruder was altered, both of them explained best by Horne:

Crudele makes an important observation and he puts it well, that the ideal time between shots for a world-class expert has been conflated with/taken as the time it takes to shoot the rounds on a Carcano.
Only a world-class expert could rack the bolt, relocate the moving target at that trajectory etc. So people highly underestimate how improbable that aspect of the Warren Commission's report is, by conflating that. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get those rounds off in that time.
BUT OFC, the Z film is fabricated w/ many frames taken out, so that doesn't say anything about TL of the shooting itself, just gives more dimension that the WC claim is an impossible lie seen within the modified Zapruder Film event sequence.
The question with the limo route is why the shooter would wait for the limo to go by the knoll, *IF* there WEREN'T other shooters waiting by the knoll. If there were shooters there, and we know there were, then that explains it perfectly.
So this hypothetical like others explored by Crudele is proven to not have happened, but nonetheless gives some plausible explanations, for example that had the patsy shot JFK on Houston St., police who weren't "in on it" could have seen him there & shot him down.
It looked to me like an easy shot as they made the turn so I'll have to re-watch that; as I recall, the tree only got in the way after the. Good review of this question including Hoover giving a BS explanation for it in the beginning of this, where he says something similar to Crudele's version:

But the timeline drawn from Zapruder is invalid due to the missing frames and serial fabrications, for example the freeway sign being altered (see Dr. Costella

and the film being split at the same moment in time causing frame to go missing. It's an uninteresting sequence for coincidence-theorists like Crudele, who, to be fair, I think just does this to bulletproof his arguments.
What you've got there is frames being spliced out at the same time the sign was altered to cover JFK as shot 1 lands.
There is no magic bullet-throat exit wound although Crudele makes a decent argument considering he concedes that.
