Hungary says source of foot-and-mouth could be 'biological attack'

Hungary's PM's chief of staff has suggested, citing a foreign lab's verbal information, that a foot-and-mouth outbreak could have come from a artificially engineered virus. The outbreak in the landlocked country has caused border restrictions and the culling of thousands of animals. Sean Hogan has more.
