What Drew Me Into Real Estate (And Why I’m Still Here)

I didn’t grow up dreaming of selling houses. But life has a way of leading you exactly where you’re supposed to be.

When my wife Jennah and I started our family, we planted roots here in Pataskala. We bought a home, joined a church, and threw ourselves into this community. Somewhere along the way, I realized something: real estate isn’t really about houses. It’s about people. Families. Dreams. Community.

I got into real estate because I wanted to help people plant their roots the way we did. I wanted to be the kind of guide I wish we’d had—someone who knows the neighborhoods, the school calendars, the baseball fields, and which coffee shop opens at 6 AM (shoutout to Blue Sky Coffee & Ice Cream).

Now, I get to help friends and neighbors navigate the biggest purchase of their lives. And I get to do it right here in Central Ohio—where I’m raising my kids, coaching little league, and cheering on our local small businesses.

That’s why I got into real estate. And it’s exactly why I’m still here.
