Weezer star’s wife shot by police after ‘pointing handgun at cops’

The wife of Weezer bassist Scott Shriner has been shot by police and arrested after pointing a handgun at armed cops.

Jillian Lauren is accused of aiming the weapon at officers who swiftly opened fire and downed the wife in the middle of the street, according to a police press release.
